Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the CalcStak iOS app ("the app"), published by Joel Rosinbum ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms (the "Standard EULA"). These terms supplement that EULA; if there is a conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

In-app purchases

The app offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Scientific pack") that unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies — we do not handle refunds directly. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The app is a calculator; do not rely on it for safety-critical, life-critical, or financially-critical calculations without independent verification.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
